From start to finish first class service from Company Owner. Nothing was any bother. First experience of online buying and was a little wary but but totally unfounded. The video footage of car was very helpful and showed the car well inside and out. Car was transported to our door and again was first class and arrived in a timely manner from a lovely gentleman who couldn’t have done any more for us. All round a great buying experience especially through covid restrictions and topped off by the lovely bouquet of flowers that was left in passenger seat for me. Would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

This was my first experience of buying a car remotely, without a test drive and little knowledge of the Mini Countryman model. Steven, my only contact provided what turned out to be a 100% accurate video and description of the 4x4 Cooper 1.6 Automatic. He answered all of my questions and at no time put me under pressure to buy. Steven accepted that I had not driven a Countryman and explained that if I really didn’t like it I could take advantage of a 14 day money back service.A refreshing change from many car buying experiences over many years. The price and trade in offer was fair, the process was very simple and quick and the delivery and collection service to Prestwick was very good. I am really enjoying the Mini and would recommend Drivewise Cars to anyone searching for a quality Mini.

From deciding on our car and click and collecting only 4 days later, we received a first class service from Steven. From initial contact, and throughout a very strange time due to Covid-19, we have been delighted with our purchase. Steven was knowledgeable about the vehicle and reassured us that if we were unsure of anything to contact him, after lockdown allows! The vehicle itself is immaculate and even better than we expected! The flowers for my wife were also a lovely touch. Everything done ‘on line’ and the video viewing of the car was excellent and informative. Contact with Drivetime was first class and they were very helpful. No pressure sales and did everything to make the process clear and arrangement was made to deliver my car free of charge within a week from first viewing it on line. I have bought numerous cars over 45 years and never have I felt so relaxed as I did when buying from Steven at Drivewise Cars. We took our west highland terrier who was welcomed in and given the run of the showroom while we looked at the car. We were never put under any pressure. I took a test drive and when I returned I still wasn't put under any pressure to decide. We were given exactly what we needed in part exchange and purchased the car. Before we collected our car it was serviced and mot'd at the local mini dealer. The hand over with the paperwork was completed online and off we went with our new ride and a bunch of flowers for my wife.

Unbelievably happy with the beautiful mini we bought from Drivewise last month. This is my daughters first car and I think I’ve driven it more than she has!
