Steven is a first class salesman and is very Polite and professional at all times. Everything was done to an exceptionally high standard. From vehicle preparation, paperwork, Payment and explaining the car layout and controls (1st mini purchase), the whole process was spot on. If the car turns out to be as good as we hope then we will definitely be back in the future to make another purchase. A lovely surprise for my wife was a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers which he gave her as we were leaving.
